[Art.] Towards a medical apartheid?

Dr. Denis Rancourt, a former tenured professor of physics at the University of Ottawa (Canada), notes the rise of one-track thinking in his country, the establishment of a “medical apartheid” and the enactment of Canadian laws deemed contrary to international law.

Dr. Rancourt joined the Ontario Civil Liberties Association (OCLA) in 2014 as a volunteer researcher.

He supports the fundamental right and ethics of every citizen with many Canadian researchers and academics, who claim to reject the influences and pressures of public health, the official media and the fears conveyed within Canadian society.

According to Dr. Rancourt, everyone must be able to choose whether or not to be vaccinated, to benefit from informed consent and from an individual evaluation of the benefits and risks. He is committed to the protection of civil liberties and argues against the control of bodily integrity, the ultimate individual frontier.

Two open letters are addressed to both the unvaccinated and the vaccinated, encouraging us to reflect on the implications of our actions and choices.

Should we accept a split in society and sink into the polemical arms of global division?
